Time is Ltd. Launches a New & Improved Collaboration Analytics Dashboard

You’ll see what collaboration looks like across the entire organization, or just specific teams, and where that communication is taking place, but now it will be in a sleek and easy to use interface. You can click on where time is being spent, whether it's meetings, chatting, or emailing and analyze how much time is spent collaborating within your department, versus with the whole company, or with your external partners.

This screenshot showcases Time is Ltd. Collaboration Analytics Dashboard. It covers collaboration behavior from total interaction time, number of hours employees are distracted from focused work, how much time they have for focus work, and number of overtime hours. It gives a breakdown of where time is being spent (meetings, email, chatting, and file sharing; and how much they spend collaborating internally and externally.

This new Collaboration Dashboard will allow you to sort by day or month as it has in the past, but now with our latest enhancement, you can toggle between time spent and what that time means in a dollar value. Managers can now report on how much money excess emails and meetings cost for those within their department without having to guess.

Managers Leverage Meeting Data to Evaluate Collaboration

We continue to showcase the most asked for elements of our analytics platform within the highlights section, allowing managers to view how collaboration might be affecting employees and where departments can improve their time management. Metrics such as multitasking, 1:1s with managers, and meeting inefficiencies continue to be something every company needs to pay attention to. These are big drivers of wasted time and revenue. By placing these on our homepage, we allow managers to have a quick view as to how their teams are working each day and where they can improve.

Evaluate How Effective Meetings are Within your Organization

Collaboration Sociomaps are a Game-changer for Data-Driven Managers

One of our biggest upgrades to the platform has been our proprietary sociomapping analytics. This new interactive map will allow managers to focus on teams and see the level of collaboration happening in a real time format.

Sociomaps Allow Managers to View Who is Interacting with a Simple Click

Sociomaps within the Collaboration Dashboard will allow managers to accurately understand which groups are working together the most and by which method. You can toggle between email, chat or meeting frequency within this view, helping managers see where silos are forming and networks are being leveraged.

Other new elements of the dashboard include attendance tracking. HR and managers will be able to take the data they have compiled, put it into the system and see an overlay of where inefficiencies are happening within the organization and how attendance of employees may be affecting that.

Clients are already thrilled with the new view and how the user interface is much more intuitive and easy to navigate.

Being relatively new to this type of data for my team, Time is Ltd. presented me with the new collaboration dashboard. I was impressed with the quick access to the primary data I am looking for regularly to get a sense of how we collaborate in my team. It also provides me with immediate insight to update my executive team,” was the recent feedback we received from a VP in the education sector on a deployment call.

The Takeaway

Collaboration is more than just working together. It’s leveraging insights to create the most effective work environment, productive meetings, and focus time to deliver high-quality results at the lowest cost possible. Time is Ltd. is positioned to help customers enhance their ability to drive efficient communication and collaboration and the highest level with our updated Collaboration Dashboard.
