Business Development Representative

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Prague team!
As a Business Development Representative you will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

To be successful in this role٫ you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers from first contact.

Your future job:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Report to the CRO on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Your qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude

Your profile:

  • 2+ years Business Development Representative or Sales Account Executive experience (preferably in a SaaS or software company)
  • Fluent English speaker, other languages welcome
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Solid experience with MS Office or comparable Google Suite applications
  • Experience in working with CRM system
  • Business acumen and target driven personality
  • Knowledge and passion for data analytics in collaboration software
